All products on Hype & Swagger are made-to-order. Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor settings and the nature of print-on-demand production. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services we offer. All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

PRICING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, as products are created using print-on-demand technology, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be exactly accurate. We are not responsible for minor variations in colour or placement inherent in the print-on-demand process.

PAYMENT
We accept payment through Shopify's secure checkout. All payments are processed securely and we do not store your payment details. By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including designs, graphics, logos, text, and images, is the property of Hype & Swagger, Dargavel Digital, or our creator partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission.

Creator designs sold through Hype & Swagger are licensed for sale by the respective creators. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the design to you.

USER ACCOUNTS
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Products are fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners. These third-party services have their own privacy policies and terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Hype & Swagger and Dargavel Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
