Returns & Exchanges

Because every Hype & Swagger item is made to order just for you, we handle returns a little differently to a traditional retailer.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production defect, we’ll sort it out — no questions asked. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo showing the problem and your order number. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the original item.

Wrong item received

If you received a completely different product or design from what you ordered, get in touch and we’ll send the correct item at no extra cost. Please include a photo of what you received alongside your order number.

Lost in transit

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and either reship the order or issue a refund.

Size & fit issues

Because every item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns based on sizing preference. We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend going up.

If your item is significantly different from the measurements in the size guide, contact us with your measurements and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.

Change of mind

We’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. Because every item is made specifically for you the moment you order, we cannot resell returned items. We do our best to show accurate colours, sizing and detail on every product page to help you make the right choice.

What’s not considered a defect

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, the following are normal and not grounds for a return:

  • Minor colour variations between your screen and the printed product (screens display colour differently to printed ink)
  • Print placement variations of up to 0.5″ (1.3 cm) from the preview image
  • Slight differences in blank garment shade between batches

We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve most issues within 2–3 business days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
