How long does delivery take?
All items are made to order, so production takes 2–5 business days. After that, shipping is typically 3–5 days for UK, 5–8 days for US, and 5–10 days for Europe. International orders outside these regions can take 7–20 business days depending on destination. You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Why does it take longer than normal retail?
Because every item is printed specifically for you. Nothing is pre-made or sitting in a warehouse. This means fresher products, less waste, and designs that are always current — but it does add a few days compared to mass-produced retail.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Since every product is made to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection — please check our size guides before ordering. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from what was shown, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund. You have 30 days from delivery to report an issue. What’s the quality like?
We use premium print-on-demand production with direct-to-garment (DTG) and sublimation printing. Apparel is printed on established blanks from brands like Gildan, Bella+Canvas and similar. The result is vibrant, durable prints that hold up through regular washing. Please note that due to the nature of print-on-demand, minor variations in colour (compared to your screen) and print placement (up to 0.5″) are normal and not considered defects.
Who designs the products?
Every design on Hype & Swagger is created by an independent artist or brand on our platform. You can see who made each design on the product page. Visit our Creator Marketplace to browse all creators.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the UK, US, Canada, most of Europe, Australia and New Zealand, plus many other countries. However, we don’t ship everywhere — some destinations are permanently restricted and others may be temporarily unavailable due to logistics disruptions. If we can’t deliver to your location, you’ll see this at checkout before you pay. International orders may also be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Is there free shipping?
UK orders over £75 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under £75, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout. International shipping rates vary by destination and are shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you haven’t received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, contact us at support@hypeandswagger.com.
